Hilary Ware

A former senior global energy executive, Hilary Ware brings deep experience in talent development and mentoring to her role as a ProjectYou Advisor. With a mindful approach, she provides experiential knowledge, proven change frameworks, and alternative perspectives to help clients discern their paths to success. She recognizes the unique challenges young professionals face in light of the ever-changing and complex landscape of the 21st century.

Most recently, Hilary served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Cheniere Energy, a global liquified natural gas provider. Focusing on organizational transformation, she was an advocate for professional development opportunities and an integral part of cultivating the company’s diverse culture. Previously, she was SVP, Chief Administrative Officer, leading HR efforts, communications, IT, social responsibility, government and public affairs, and shared services at Bristow Group, a leading provider of helicopter transportation for the oil and gas industry.

Fueled by personal experiences and a desire to give back, Hilary serves community and philanthropic organizations with focuses in healthcare, DEI causes, education, and career support. She currently sits on the leadership council for Susan G. Komen and the Methodist Hospital Transplant Council. She is a Patient Connect volunteer at MD Anderson and a member of The Immunization Partnership's board. Hilary works to grow career opportunities and enhance talent pipelines as a board member for the National Energy Diversity and Inclusion Council and Gensys Works and as an advisory board member for Lean In Equity & Sustainability.

Hilary earned an A.B. in Industrial Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. She has two adult children and two grandchildren. An avid traveler and gardener, Hilary currently lives in Houston, Texas.
