Al Schnur

Al Schnur, PhD, President of The People Company, International (PCI), partners with ProjectYou to provide a comprehensive interpretation and explanation of assessment results. One of the pillars of ProjectYou is to enable clients to learn more about their skills, gifts, motivations, and preferences using an objective tool. While many of our clients have taken other assessments prior to our program, consistent client feedback points to the debrief session by Al and the Advisor as the differentiator, because it moves beyond simply reporting results and uncovers why they are important and how they can best be utilized.

Al has had a long, impressive career in human capital management and executive assessment. As President of PCI, he consults with companies to review organizational, staffing, and succession-management processes. Al has personally conducted more than 5,000 high-level evaluations during his career and is particularly proud that more than 250,000 candidates have participated in assessment programs that he designed. Al received his doctorate from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Management. He also received his master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from LSU. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
