She fully shares her deep expertise gained from senior leadership positions held in Human Resources and Corporate Governance at six corporations, including Microsoft, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, ITT, and Lockheed Martin.
Jean leverages a successful career leading data-driven, workforce and workplace transformations, partnering with executives and employees to tackle complex issues by putting people first. She is a career-long advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity, with an enduring commitment to workplace wellness and economic development, addressing systemic issues through advocacy and policy change.
Most recently, Jean elevated people strategy at Lockheed Martin to serve as a true business partner in supporting 110,000 employees around the world. She additionally partnered with the White House to promote US job creation, resulting in a Presidential Innovation Award.
Jean has been a dedicated board member for multiple organizations focused on board leadership transitions, workforce innovation, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion. She earned an MBA at Florida International University and a BS in Marketing at Indiana University.
