Jean Wallace

With extensive experience as a business leader, consultant, and board director, Jean Wallace offers a wealth of knowledge to emerging professionals as a ProjectYou Advisor. Jean has an exceptional ability to coach and mentor executive, mid, and early career colleagues through the lens of shaping and empowering the workforce of the future.  

Caring and candid, Jean helps each person think through and discover their true passion—then apply that to a career path where they can make a meaningful impact and achieve their goals. Staying true to oneself and thriving in a high-demand environment are foundational to Jean’s coaching process. She fully shares her deep expertise gained from senior leadership positions held in Human Resources and Corporate Governance at six corporations, including Microsoft, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, ITT, and Lockheed Martin.  

Jean leverages a successful career leading data-driven, workforce and workplace transformations, partnering with executives and employees to tackle complex issues by putting people first. She is a career-long advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity, with an enduring commitment to workplace wellness and economic development, addressing systemic issues through advocacy and policy change.  

Most recently, Jean elevated people strategy at Lockheed Martin to serve as a true business partner in supporting 110,000 employees around the world. She additionally partnered with the White House to promote US job creation, resulting in a Presidential Innovation Award.  

Jean has been a dedicated board member for multiple organizations focused on board leadership transitions, workforce innovation, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion. She earned an MBA at Florida International University and a BS in Marketing at Indiana University.
