Austin Braksick

Austin Braksick provides leadership to ProjectYou across a continuum of product development, delivery, sales, and marketing. ProjectYou, a MyNextSeason company, provides career advising and transition support to young professionals across different stages of their college and post-college career.

Austin brings a fresh perspective and operational capability to deliver ProjectYou products and services with a bold commitment to help young professionals navigate the unique challenges of their generation and harness their potential in relevant ways. His unique style was sought to fulfill the co-founders’ vision to provide accessible, helpful, contemporary, and pragmatic support to this important demographic.   

In addition to being a visionary leader who sweats the details of execution, Austin is an outstanding writer and communicator. He is a co-author of Living Into Your Next Season: Moving Forward After the Crisis of 2020 and has guest lectured at the University of Denver.  

Previously, Austin served as Commercial Manager of Sales Development with Xactly Corporation, providing cloud-based enterprise software and services to enhance sales performance across a variety of industries. He transitioned to the SaaS technology space after spending his early career in professional sports organizations—with the Colorado Avalanche in ticket sales and interning with the Cincinnati Reds to support the Reds Community Fund.   

Austin is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. He and his wife Anna have two children. In addition to family, Austin’s passions include fishing, hunting, skiing, golfing, mountain biking, and making culinary magic happen with a smoker. He has a calling for faith-based mission work and has participated in trips to the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Ghana, and Costa Rica, among others.
