Maggie Gervasi

As Managing Director for MyNextSeason’s ProjectYou, Maggie’s number-one goal is to create and maintain meaningful connections with clients and corporate, not-for-profit, and academic partners that evolve and grow with the company. She fosters robust development across all program offerings to deliver on the promise of helping young people achieve clarity, capability, and confidence in their lives and careers. A ProjectYou graduate herself, she now works to ensure every client receives the same gift she did after completing the program: feeling like the CEO of their career and life.

Relationship development has been a hallmark throughout all of Maggie’s professional roles. She previously served as a marketing strategist at Wayfair, working across digital and offline marketing channels in the fast-paced ecommerce world. Prior to working at Wayfair, she gained strong foundational experience in the relationship management group at Wellington Management, a global asset management firm. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.  

Maggie recently moved to Charlotte, NC to join the ProjectYou team and will be attending UNCC to pursue an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in September 2022. Outside of work, she is a fan of her hometown Boston Celtics, an avid reader, and, after her experience at Wayfair, an interior design enthusiast, helping friends and family with decorating projects.
