Chris Eosco

Christine (Chris) Eosco, with 25 years of executive experience in the banking industry, including global roles on three continents, now serves as an Advisor for ProjectYou. Chris has a passion for mentoring and developing others and was selected throughout her career to coach rising top performers as well as managing directors entering the organization. An experienced executive, board member, philanthropist, and educator, she brings a depth and diversity of experience as well as the knowledge she gained through multiple transitions in her own life to guide others to next seasons filled with passion and purpose. 

Most recently, Chris served as Operations, Planning & Administration Executive for Counterparty Credit Risk Portfolio Management (CCRPM) at Bank of America. Prior to this role, Chris was a key contributor in the development and implementation of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s International Governance Model across 40 countries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal entity requirements, and banking regulations established by the local country and the bank’s primary regulators.

Chris sits on the executive and grant committees of the United Way Board for Cape Cod & Islands and serves as the Board Treasurer for the Cape Cod Theatre Company. Previously, she held roles on multiple Bank of America and Merrill Lynch boards. Chris also volunteers as a career coach for “We Can,” a not-for-profit organization helping women reenter the workforce.
